How we're different

One person. From your first class to your interview.

Many national citizenship programs work like referral networks. You start an application online, and if you need help, you're connected to one of dozens of partner organizations across the country. It's a valuable model — but it means you may never speak with the same person twice.

Nevada Visionaries works differently.

You work directly with a DOJ Accredited Representative — the same person, from your first class through your interview. No hand-offs. No starting over. Just one relationship, built on trust, from beginning to end.

We believe citizenship preparation should feel personal, not transactional. That's why every class, every resource, and every answer to your questions comes from someone who knows your name and your story.

Accommodations

Accommodations — You Have the Right to Ask

More conditions qualify for USCIS accommodations than most people realize — and you are not required to provide medical documentation to make a request. USCIS evaluates each request on a case-by-case basis.

Accommodations for your interview — such as extended time, breaks, a sign language interpreter, an oral test instead of written (for vision impairments), having a relative present, or an off-site interview at your home — can be requested without medical documentation. You simply ask.

Exception to the English or civics requirement — if your condition prevents you from meeting these requirements entirely, you can request an exception through Form N-648, which does require certification from a licensed medical professional.

Whether you have anxiety, PTSD, a learning difference, a hearing or vision need, a mobility limitation, or another condition — there may be support available to you. I will help you understand what you qualify for and how to ask for it the right way, with confidence and without judgment.

You deserve to become a citizen on equal terms. Let's make sure you get there.
